TERROIR
France stands out for the diversity of its terroirs, where soils, climates, and expertise come together to reveal the full richness of its grape varieties. From maritime influences to continental and Mediterranean zones, each region produces wines with a distinctive style—true reflections of a strong identity and a winemaking heritage recognized around the world. An emblematic Burgundy grape variety, Pinot Noir reveals in Languedoc a surprising aromatic richness thanks to the diversity of its terroirs.
WINEMAKING
The harvest is carried out mechanically, followed by destemming before vatting. The grapes ferment and macerate for 6 to 10 days at a temperature of 24–28°C to extract aromas and color. After draining and pressing, the free-run and press juices are separated, and malolactic fermentation is carried out. The wine is then racked, and a small portion of it is aged for 6 to 10 months in contact with French oak before final blending and bottling.
FOOD & WINE PAIRING
This Pinot Noir is ideal with pork tenderloin, stuffed mushrooms, creamy risotto, baked Camembert or fig tart.
