Local In-Store Pickup

Can I place an order online and pick it up in-store?

Yes, in-store pickup is free at all Haskell's locations! Simply select "Free (In-store Pickup)" at checkout and be sure to choose your preferred location. You will receive an e-mail notification as soon as your order is packaged and ready. Please bring a valid, government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order.

How long does in-store pickup take?

Pickup timing depends on product availability at your selected store. If all items are in stock, orders are processed more quickly (same-day, in most cases). If an item needs to be collected from another location, please allow 1-3 business days.

How do I check if an item is in stock at my local store?

On any product page, select "Store Pickup In Store." A pop-up module will display the exact stock quantities across all Haskell's locations.

Can someone else pick up my online order for me?

Yes. However, to prevent fraud and comply with state law, the person picking up the order must present a valid, government-issued photo ID (21+) that matches the name on the payment method used at checkout.

Local Twin Cities (Minnesota) Delivery

How does local Twin Cities delivery work, and what is the fee?

We offer local delivery throughout the Twin Cities metro area for a flat $20 fee Haskell's Delivery Services. Delivery availability is automatically calculated at checkout based on your distance from our nearest store.

What are the age and ID requirements for local delivery?

By law, all alcohol deliveries require a valid photo ID and physical signature from an adult aged 21 or older Haskell's Plymouth Terms.

Shipping (Greater MN, Out-of-State, & International)

Do you deliver to Greater Minnesota (outside the Twin Cities)?

Yes! While our local vehicles service the metro area, we ship to the rest of Greater Minnesota via UPS Ground Haskell's Delivery Services. Note: Wine and spirits ship seamlessly, but state law prohibits shipping beer, cider, or Delta-9 THC products via UPS Ground.

Do you ship outside the state of Minnesota?

We currently ship select products directly to consumers in Minnesota, Florida, and Washington D.C. via UPS Ground. Wine ships to all three jurisdictions. Distilled spirits may face restrictions based on destination laws (check your cart at checkout or email us to confirm). Prohibited items include beer, cider, and Delta-9 THC products.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship wine and spirits internationally via UPS (beer, cider & THC products are prohibited). International shipments are subject to duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees mandated by the destination country. These fees are not included at checkout and must be paid by the recipient upon arrival.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses?

No. Because a physical adult signature (21+) and ID verification are legally required at delivery, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Shipping Hold & Delivery Exceptions

What happens if I am not home when the local delivery driver or UPS arrives?

Drivers cannot leave alcohol unattended on porches or doorsteps. If no adult (21+) is present to sign, the carrier will attempt redelivery on the next available business day.

What is a "Weather Hold" and how does it work?

Extreme heat and freezing temperatures ruin the quality of wine and spirits. We enforce mandatory weather holds when temperatures along the transit route fall below 32° or rise above 85° Haskell's Shipping Policy. Your order will be safely stored in our climate-controlled warehouse until conditions stabilize. We will keep you updated via e-mail.

My order arrived with a broken bottle. What should I do?
