Our Fairweather Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from Sonoma County, where this grape is widely planted and enjoyed. Suffice it to say, Sonoma County crushes white wines. Here, the temperate climate, varied elevations, gravelly soils, as well as this region’s proximity to the Pacific make this the perfect growing environment for cool & sunny weather-loving varietals.
TASTING NOTE
This Sauvignon Blanc features aromas of floral pear and citrus. Flavors of Canary melon and tart gooseberry, ripe pear and a touch of honey are nicely balanced and rounded out by a bright acidity with the added complexity of a signature Sonoma County minerality.
