WINEMAKING
Our Cabernet Sauvignon hails from Calistoga, which lies at the northern-most tip of Napa Valley. Bordered by two mountain ranges, the dramatic landscape here varies from steep canyon to valley floor and the well-draining volcanic soils promote vigorous vines that are stress-tested by huge temperature swings that range from the high heat of summer afternoons to sub fifty-degree nights and early mornings.
TASTING NOTE
This Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits aromas of plush black fruit, warm spice and dried earthiness. Flavors of concentrated blackberry, dried current and deeply toasted oak segue to a brilliantly long, steady finish.
