WINEMAKING
Our Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from Paso Robles, where big, bold and fruit-forward red wines reign supreme. This pocket of central California is exposed to high heat from the afternoon sun, tempered by the breezes that flow in from the Pacific in the evenings. This region produces wines of intensity and richness with bold fruit and firm tannins, thanks to extra long hang time in the sun.
TASTING NOTE
This Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits aromas of plush black fruit, baking spice and herbal sage. Flavors black current, blackberry preserves and deeply toasted oak segue to a lingering finish that will last past the setting sun.
