Made by Rihaku Shuzo, Shimane Prefecture. Brewed carefully and slowly at low temperatures using traditional brewing techniques and Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 55%. Characterized by a well-rounded flavor with a solidness to the flavor and fragrance, and clean finish.
Region Description
\"Junmai Ginjo-shu\" is a type of Sake with a more labor-intensive process than Junmai-shu, using polished rice of a minimum 60% and is fermented at lower temperatures. The flavor is fruity and light with a delicate profile.
