Winemaker's Notes:
To preserve the wine’s fruit and natural acidity, the wine underwent a long, cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Finally, the lots are blended, taking care to balance the characteristics of each vineyard in the wine.
Tasting Notes
Our 2024 Light California Sauvignon Blanc opens with aromas of Meyer lemon and honeysuckle, layered with notes of lime zest and citrus blossom. Medium-bodied on the palate, the wine offers tropical fruit flavors balanced by crisp, refreshing acidity and a hint of slate-like minerality, with honeysuckle lingering on the long, clean, and balanced finish.
