Hitch Chardonnay
Hitch Chardonnay is a bright, approachable white wine hailing from California's Central Coast. Crafted with a nod to traditional Burgundian styles, this Chardonnay perfectly balances a creamy, luscious texture with refreshing, bright acidity. A touch of Viognier is expertly blended in to keep the profile crisp and mellow, making it a highly versatile pour that is fantastic for summer sipping or pairing with savory weeknight meals.
-
Aromas: Fresh white flowers, citrus, melon, and a delicate hint of tropical pineapple.
-
Palate: Layers of dried apricot, pear, and lemon peel, supported by a rich texture and subtle notes of fresh-baked pie crust.
-
Finish: Smooth, plush, and long-lasting with balanced acidity and a gentle touch of oak.
-
Food Pairing: An excellent companion to roasted vegetables, creamy mushroom risotto, or fresh seafood dishes.
