• Description: Masterfully crafted at Tequileña Distillery (NOM 1146) in Tequila, Jalisco, using fully mature, high-sugar hill-grown agaves. Slow-baked in brick ovens and fermented using a proprietary yeast strain, this naturally low-sugar tequila is subtly rested in oak to soften its edges while maintaining a bright, agave-forward backbone that never leans into artificial sweetness.

  • Nose: Bright earthy agave and clean citrus upfront, underscored by soft hints of vanilla bean, warm cinnamon, and a gentle wood influence.
